“The Story”

This is the 21st sculpture in our Tree Trunk Tour.

Carved from a 200 year old Ash Tree, this chainsaw sculpture is almost 9 feet high and weighs well over a ton.

The caricature Pall Bear(errr) is named “Hamilton C Price”.

Hamilton Road and Price Street being the location/crossroads.

The letter C. standing for Clifford Evans, the founder of the historic funeral home in 1925, which makes it the oldest existing Hamilton Road business.”

Hamilton the Pall Bear( errr) is releasing doves and has a butterfly on his hat both symbolic of peace and rebirth.

He wears a traditional formal Mourning Suit.
